Pet Policy

Residents may have a total of two pets (dogs and cats) in any combination. Dogs and cats are deemed appropriate domestic pets. Small animals such as birds, fish and guinea pigs are allowed as long as they are properly cared for and caged. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid at the time a resident notifies Soaring Heights of a pet addition. The fee covers up to two pets. The pet policy is explained in further detail in Section 4 of the Resident Guide. Any violation of the pet policy may result in fines, loss of pet privileges or eviction.
